In honor of the ten year anniversary of Sailor Moo, there's tons of updates coming your way this year! Including the final three episodes of Sailor Moo. And just for fun: Sailor Moo's Facebook Page!
Just some random fun inspired by the 80th Annual Academy Awards (which I didn't bother watching): The Outer Awards
The third episode of the radioplay is finally finished! We are currently recording lines for the fifth episode, the last episode of Sailor Moo's first season. If you are interested in joining the second season cast of Sailor Moo, visit the Sailor Moo forum to find out how to audition!
Two weeks ago the newest Sailor Moo episode was added to the site: Episode 31. Episode 31 is the beginning of the end - the first part of a three-part epic season three finale.
I'm also pleased to announce two new fan works by RJ - a video of the inner senshi transforming: Sailor Moo Henshin and part one of a new radioplay-style fanfiction: Digimoo: A Digimon Parody.
First update of 2008! A bunch of updates to the site will be coming this month, as well as the conclusion to season three. Keep checking back to see what's new! In the meantime, enjoy the fantabulous second episode of the radioplay:
Shabam! Presenting the first completed Sailor Moo radioplay episode! Hooray! *throws confetti* Be sure to check it out and send your feedback in an email or post your thoughts at the Sailor Moo forum. We look forward to hearing from you. :) Thanks to everyone involved - especially all of the SMoo fans who contributed their voices to this project. You guys rock.
I have been super busy, participating in the NaNoWriMo November novel writing challenge this month, but in my free time (what free time?), I've been hard at work on the Sailor Moo Radioplay. And now, for your listening pleasure I present a sneak-peek at what is to come:
Enjoy!
There have been a bunch of new updates to the website in the last couple of weeks including new character bios, a Ha Li Bo Tak quote section, and several brand new SMoo desktop backgrounds!
The most exciting new feature is SMoo Randomness, appearing on every page of the site. Every time you load a new page, a random Sailor Moo quote (selected from 175 quotes - all three seasons and Ha Li Bo Tak) appears. Randomness is great fun!
After a delay to recast a couple of roles, the Sailor Moo radioplay is back on track. Episode two is currently being recorded and the edited episodes will begin appearing next month. Hooray!
There are so many new updates, I must actually make a list of them!
- New SMoo animation!
The Legend of the Moo Kingdom: As Told by Alex, Abridged
- Gallery featuring images from the animations!
- New SMoo fanart! Images by Sailor Chocolate and Kayari!
- New forum icons!
- The Story section is updated through episode 30!
- The Quotes section is updated through episode 30!
- The F.A.Q. section is updated!
With so many wonderful new additions to SMoo, it must be a really good day. Now go post about it at the forum!
Just a quick mention that the numbers of the episodes have been changed to get rid of the arbitrary Part 2s and Part 3s that threw off the numbering system and just added confusion when referring to a specific episode. ("Did you mean part one or part two? Um ... I don't know."). So, surprise! There are 30 whole episodes written! Hooray!
The radio play cast has been announced! Congratulations to everyone who was cast and thanks to everyone for expressing interest in the project! Your dedication to SMoo is very appreciated. There are still a few roles available for season one of the radio play so if you haven't auditioned yet, please do!
Also, as requested, I have added a new SMoo omake - actually, it's a really old story that dates to the year before SMoo was written! The story does, however, after a few minor modifications, include some of your favorite SMoo characters in an epic adventure: The Wonderful
Mr. Mister of Oz. Enjoy this new/old bit of randomness!
I've just created a brand new anime/manga image gallery featuring original scans from ten art books that I own. Sailor Psychy's Illustrations Gallery includes images from popular anime series such as: Sailor Moon, Inu Yasha, Serial Experiments Lain, Chobits, Card Captor Sakura, as well as images from some of my favorite (less well-known) series: Vampire Princess Miyu, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, and Legend of Basara.
Check out the new site!

I should mention that in addition to the radio play updates, the new site also features a page with information about the forum - and tons of forum icons for you to use! A few members have had problems activating their accounts at the forum, so I disabled the board's activation requirement. If you create an account and still have trouble logging in, just send me an email and we'll figure it out!
Update! As requested, I've added the ORIGINAL I Like Coke and Peanuts Song to the multimedia section, the inspiration behind the Prince and the Fairy of the same names. It's quite an interesting thing to ... um ... listen to.
Announcing a brand new Sailor Moo website! At the beginning of the month the new SMoo layout will be live for everyone to admire. It's a dramatic improvement over the old site and hopefully the new layout will bring new traffic to the site! The new layout will include all of the information you need to know about how to audition for the radio play, as well as a few other updates. Enjoy SMoo's new look - Version 3.2!
The official new url is http://sailormoo.net. Sailormoo.net has been around for a couple of months but now the old url - silvyrrayn.net/smoo - should automatically redirect to the new url. Hooray! :)
Episode 30 is finished! This new episode is officially one of my favorites. :) The next episode, Episode 31 will be the LAST episode of Sailor Moo: Season 3 (give or take an episode). After that episode is written, I will be wrapping up Ha Li Bo Tak and writing a few more SMoo Omakes and then the epic will be finished. No season four is planned at this time. But at least I'll finally finish season 3, right?
Very soon I will be announcing a new super SMoo update, so check back soon to see what is planned!
With the shortest wait time since I was actually in highschool writing the first couple of seasons ... Episode 29 is here for you to read! Check it out and then join the forums and post what you think. Buffy fans should particularly like this episode as I heavily borrowed plot devices (and lines) from the 5th season ... Great show. I am planning for Episode 30 to borrow heavily from Pirates of the Caribbean. Great stories deserve to be parodied ... badly ... by me. Enjoy!
Episode 28 is FINALLY here. Episode 29 should be up within the month, in addition to a couple of brand new SMoo Omakes. What are those crazy senshi up to now, eh? After you read the new episode, come chat about it in the forum!
I have been bad about updating again. But really, I am almost done with epic episode 2--whatever. And hey, another super special update - Introducing the "Why Bob is Evil Forum"! Hooray, at last, the long awaited Sailor Moo forum! Anyone can join and post about anything Smoo-related, but particularly post about all the reasons why we dislike Bob.
A super special update! Check out SMoo's FIRST EVER animated short! More animated clips will be on the way in the future. Email me to suggest story ideas. Sailor Moo: Pepsi Powerup!
